In the dark

Did a longer walk&run up to Stilla (by the river Aker, pass Nydalen). Not many people out this late and the last bit up to Stilla is also in the dark. No lights by the roar, and quite far to the nearest houses. Kinda spooky...?? Was outdoor in 1 hour 15 min, max HR 187, average 158. Total 658 kcal.
