Afterwork

Two guys at work are also running/jogging, so we spent a few hours discussing and dreaming. One would like to go to Berlin with me - and the other one is planning to run half marathon in Oslo in October. I dream about the first option - but think the second one is more realistic this year.

So I signed up for a training schedule at Polar - and according to the schedule I should have been running yesterday. Well, I didn´t, so then I had to do a shorter version tonight. Finished work at 9.30 pm, was home around 10 and left right after.

Did a little bit of intervall-training (instead of the "easy 30 min" the programme recommended, but I´ll try to follow the plan in the future. So - I did my intervall not so far from my house, since it was after 10 pm and I didn´t want to go somewhere really dark so late.

I guess it is around a 400 meter moderate hill from Arkitekt Rivertz place and ut to the Jet Station. Anyway I jogged/run up and five times, each time up a little bit faster. Did a total of 27 minutes, max HR 190, average 151 and 221 kcal.
