New shoes
I got myself some new shoes today - Reebok Premier Road III. I´ll look forward to try them out. And hope I´ll be happy in them.

Runner´s high
This is my training diary. Me: Female, 33 y, live in Oslo, Norway. Love running, especially outside. Love the feeling when the feet just move automatically and the brain can fly it´s own way. Ran halfmarathon in Oslo October 1. Soon after two discs in the back slipped, and good bye to my next goal: Polar Night Half Marathon in Tromsø January 2007. Now I just want to be able to walk without pain.
