Out of breath
My training schedule said easy jog, but tonight I felt that is was quite easy to start (maybe because I didn´t start running up a hill), so I decided to speed up a little bit. I ran Kirkeveien to Ullevålsveien, down to Adamstuen and when I came to Collett´s gate I found out that I could take a detour around St-Hans-haugen. Speeded up some of the hills and that is probaby why my max HR ended up at 191 (average 164, 210 kcal and 23 minutes). Difficult to breathe some times, so maybe it was too fast in one of those hills...(or maybe it was good to push myself a little harder..)

Maybe a good idea! Does caffe freddo help agains short breath?
