Slow hill
It´s nice and sunny in Oslo again, after a couple of weeks of heavy rain and chilly temperature. This morning it´s 14 degrees, then you can imagine how cold it has been...
Anyway, my programme said "hilly run, 11 minutes, zone 1". I found that a quite difficult task. Is it possible to run up a hill and still be in zone 1?? Not this gal.
So I tried something similar, ran once around the St.Hans-haugen. Tried to keep it veeeeery slow. My Polar did again some very funny things in the beginning (I don´t think it like going out...?), so my max was at 172 (this was after 20 meters, so I think it´s an error) and my average was at 145 (this is also problably a little bit lower, since my max is wrong). A little bit more than 11 minutes (23 and 165 kcal).
All in all: nice with a sunny day, the flowers are out, the jog was slow and therefor I had time to look, smell and feel. Lovely.
