Walk-jog

Lost my tuesday workout to the annual meeting of International Reporter. So..today I went for an hour walk with my sister and then some minutes of easy jog twice around Voldsløkka. Somewhere along the 1 hour and 49 minutes my HR went quite high (maybe a mistake again, or maybe the quite hard Havnebakken). Anyway, these are the hard facts: Max HR 224, average 132 (and 674 kcal).

Was hungry when I came back so I made a couple of crispbread with liver pate and pomegranate. Very delicious, hmmm.
