Back therapy

I had my first appointment with the physioteraphist Friday morning, and the second one today. Already she thinks that the simple work out I have been doing this weekend has begun to take away some of the pressure around the nerve root in my lower back, which causes my pain.

Today I learned a couple of new exercises which should help even more. My therapist is positive about the progress, so I should probably feel the same. My problem is that I am not used to constant pain, so I feel rather low now and then.

A nice walk in the forest can help, and yesterday my goal was Lutvann. A nice water in Østmarka in Oslo.

Hi Camilla,

I'm glad you are already progressing in the healing process. I've struggled with lower back pain before. The good news is, it goes away! And when it does you feel great again :)

So just hang in there and keep working on it,

Justin

Thanks Justin,

Usually I am an optimist, so it´s just when it hurts a little bit too much, that I get depressive thoughts. But it is good to hear that it goes away.

The first snow came in Oslo on Tuesday, so barefoot running (or walking) should wait a few months (probably until April).

California sounds nice in that sense (although I like the winter, but maybe for just three months??)

Enjoy the sun!
