Going down

This week I have tried to further cut down on my medication, but that is obviously a little bit too early. I have done it three days in a row (from three times a day, to two).

I have a little bit more pain, but it is still possible to live with, so I´ll see for a few more days.

I am going to Northern Norway for my easter break. The town Tromso today got the green light from the main sport organisation in Norway to apply for the winter olympics in 2018. So maybe I have to try out some of the slopes there! :-)

Away from the knife

I went to my doctor again on Friday (time for new sick leave). We agreed that since I feel a little bit better, I should try to keep away from the surgeon´s knives as long as possible.

I have started to work a little bit again. For the last few weeks I have been going two hours a day, and from today I´ll be at work for three hours.

I do feel a little bit better, and I hope this is an ongoing progress.

But I am fully aware that it will not be any half marathon this year...! :-)
